The RFID shot detection technology is embedded in the watch strap itself. If you're experiencing issues with the strap—such as it not closing properly, missing a piece, or difficulties when removing or attaching a new strap—please contact our support team.

Important Strap Care Reminder:

• Do not cut, alter, or damage the strap in any way. This can affect the watch’s shot detection functionality and void the warranty.
• Do not swap the straps position.
