Accurately recording penalty strokes in Shot Scope is essential for maintaining precise performance statistics. Whether you're using the mobile app or the web dashboard, here's how to add penalty shots:​

Adding a Penalty Shot in the Mobile App

1. Open the Round: Launch the Shot Scope app and select the round you wish to edit.​
2. Select the Shot: Tap on the shot label to bring up the shot details.​
3. Access More Options: Tap the menu button (three dots) at the bottom right of the screen.​
4. Add Penalty Shot: Tap on "Penalty" and then tap on the screen where the penalty stroke should be placed. The penalty stroke will be added next to the shot, and your score will be adjusted accordingly.​

Adding a Penalty Shot on the Web Dashboard

1. Log In to the Dashboard: Go to dashboard.shotscope.com and sign in to your account.​
2. Select Your Round: Choose the round you wish to edit from your list of completed rounds.​
3. Enter Editing Mode: Click on the round card and then click the "Sign off" button, followed by "Edit and Sign Off" to open the editing feature.​
