The GPS on my device didn't work, what should I do?

If you are at the course and the device fails to get a GPS signal after starting the round then please follow these instructions:

1) Hold the top left button down for 15-20 seconds until the screen goes blank. Make sure not to press any buttons during this process.

 2) Switch the device back on by pressing the top left button and try to start the round again.
